mentyn.com is published by Eighth Avenue Digital, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. What the site is

Mentyn shows how often public speakers have said particular words in past appearances, next to the current prices of related event contracts on Kalshi. It is information, not advice. We do not take orders, hold funds, or recommend any trade. Any decision to trade is yours and is made on Kalshi, under Kalshi's own terms.

3. Market data

Market prices displayed on this site are provided by Kalshi under licence and remain Kalshi's property. You may view them on this site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, scrape, extract, store, redistribute, resell, or make available to any third party any market data from this site, by any means including automated access, screenshots, feeds, or downloads; use it to create, price, settle or support any product, index, derivative or service; use it to train or evaluate any machine learning or artificial intelligence system; or remove or obscure the attribution to Kalshi. Market data is shown as received and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; neither Mentyn nor Kalshi is responsible for any loss arising from it.

4. Our content

Speaker libraries, word counts and the text of this site are ours. You may quote short excerpts with a link to the page. You may not reproduce the site, its counts or its libraries in bulk, or access the site by automated means without our written permission.

5. Accuracy

Transcripts are gathered from public sources and may contain errors, omissions or misattributed speech. Counts follow the market rules as we read them; Kalshi's settlement is the only thing that decides a market.

6. No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Eighth Avenue Digital, LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any loss, including trading losses, arising from your use of the site.
